An overview from FFNC is below for 2024:

Women’s Leagues

• Premier League, plus League 2*, are SIX (6) team formats. (*) Five teams will contest League 2;
• Leagues 3, 4 and 5 each have 12 teams;
• Each team will be scheduled to play between 16-18 games, based on respective leagues;
• Each league will proceed as a FIVE (5) team Finals Series beyond the conclusion of each pointscore competition.

Men’s Leagues:

• Premier League, Championship, plus League 2*, 3, 4, 6 & 7, are TEN (10) team formats. (*) Nine teams will contest League 2;
• League 1 has eight teams;
• League 5 has 12 teams;
• Each team will be scheduled to play between 16-18 games, based on respective leagues;
• Each league will proceed as a FIVE (5) team Finals Series beyond the conclusion of each pointscore competition.
