Lismore Fields Update

Lismore City Council advises that as at Friday 20 April, 2012, all Urban and Rural Sporting Fields under the control of Council are closed. 
Further updates will be advised on Monday 23, April 2012 at approximately 3pm.

There are no MBVFC games scheduled at Lismore this weekend.

FFNC are monitoring the condition of both Oakes Oval and Crozier Field in relation to the Anzac Cup and Callan McMillan Finals that are scheduled for next Wednesday. The centre wicket area at Oakes is still soft and muddy and although it recovers well, any rain (including next Wednesday) will cast extreme doubt over the pitch being playable. An assessment will be made Tuesday and early Wednesday (in conjunction with LCC), noting that every effort will be made to have the various finals played. Should we be unable to use Oakes and Crozier, as planned, we will likely postpone all finals to a date, time and venues to be determined.
