Grade 15 Strikers Comeback Crew Win Grand Final 

Our Mullumbimby Brunswick Valley Grade 15 Division 1 Strikers won their Grand Final 3-1 against Alstonville yesterday. While we appeared somewhat nervous in the first 15 minutes, and conceded a goal to find ourselves 1-0 down, the passing came together eventually and Louie McAuley scored before halftime to make it 1-1.
The second half was well-contested, with Jack Long setting up Jay Clark for two goals to make it 3-1 to win the biggest prize in football!
The huge supporters’ block contributed to a fantastic atmosphere with lots of noise and chants, drowning out the opposition supporters. Jay was awarded man of the match, picked by the match officals.
