Hi everybody. As 2017 season gets underway, the club continues to grow and the workload to maintain it all increases. This season we are looking for a Treasurer' and a Canteen Co-Ordinator' to come on board: The Treasurer's duties include updating registrations and the paying of bills throughout the year along with various other responsibilities that come with a sporting clubs financial requirements: The Canteen Co-Ordinator will oversee the staff rosters each weekend and be responsible for ordering stock or designating other volunteers to do the jobs required:

We are proud to announce the return of the German Football School ZfaF for the 2017 season.
Taking place in the April school holidays this year's training academy will cater for 9-15 year olds.
Pine Avenue will host the academy once again, and all sessions will be catered for along with each student receiving a free football kit.

This Sunday (26th Feb) the MBVFC 2017 pre season shenanigans gets truly under way down at Pine Ave. The club has a record five teams participating in this seasons Anzac and Callan Mcmillan pre season competitions. Wow. Well done all those involved in getting this tremendous turn out happening.
Whilst the 3 men's teams are playing away this weekend both women's teams are at home.
The first game is on at 2.30pm Vs Casino, and the second game kicks off at 4.30pm against Alstonville.
So bring a blanket down, find your spot and cheer the women on as 2017 gets underway.

Hi everybody,MBVFC is proudly hosting a Female Football Gala Day to coincide with the FFA's Female Football Week (8-19 March). So please lock Sunday, 12 March in your diaries and come down to Pine Avenue, Mullumbimby from 9am to 1pm! If you know anyone that has ever thought they might like to play football - your mum, sister, daughter, friend - this is the perfect opportunity to come and have a go in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.
This is a free event and all existing and aspiring female players are invited to come along. All ages and levels of experience are welcome from absolute beginners to experienced players. There will be special guests, training drills, mini games and other fun activities on the day, all currently being carefully choreographed by MBVFC's team of expert coaches.
The canteen will be open from 8.30am with baristas ready to go - so please come down, support your local club and female football in our region - we look forward to seeing you there!
In the meantime, a reminder that Naama has begun pre-season weekly training sessions for 11-16 year old girls: Mondays 5:00pm-6:30pm and Thursdays 4:30pm-6:00pm - all welcome (whether registered or considering registering).

Come see what's going at our club, ask questions and put your hand up to help out at the club, and also to have a say at our most important meeting of the year: The annual general meeting (AGM) is on this Sunday at 11am at the Ex-Services Club in Mullumbimby and should not take more than an hour.
