Greetings to everybody past and present, and welcome to the 2014 season. On Feb 1st 2014 registration will be open for business. This year marks a very exciting time. Following on from 2013 we intend to continue our success on the field, whilst renovating our club infrastructure and building community off it. As part of our volunteer drive for 2014 we would like to announce our new volunteer coordinators Kate and James. They will be making contact with potential volunteers that are indicated during the registration process, those of you who may have put your hand up in the past as well as any of you that make a commitment after reading our volunteering page. As a club that relies heavily on volunteers we would love you all to make a small commitment for the coming season. Whether it be a few hours at the canteen or to help running the ground on matchdays it all counts. The time that you give does not have to be extensive or even regularly; just reliably and a couple of times a season.
So please drop us a line if you can make yourself available and lighten the load for all of us.
Football Far North Coast (FFNC), our governing body, have released the attached statement about player registration fees in soccer, in particular in Northern NSW. The general perception by the public is that soccer is "expensive"". This statement explains the facts behind the fees and some future FFNC initiatives.
